MSD Distributors and Bushing
 MSD
Billet distributors are the finest performance and racing distributors
available. The distributor housing is CNC machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum
to within +/- 1/1000 in., producing a housing that's stable, lightweight, and
less prone to flex. MSD also uses an upper-sealed ball bearing to guide the
distributor shaft, preventing shaft wobble at high rpms. The shaft is polished
and QPQ coated to minimize friction and allow the distributors to operate
through 10,000 rpm.

cap with brass terminals and rotor.

distributor is much like the HEI, except it does not have an internal coil.
